Six case studies from website, marketing and brand engagements. Each states the problem, the approach and the measured outcome. Client names are anonymised, and projects are shown by project name.

View case studyBuilt an online booking and patient records portal for a multi-site clinic group. Phone bookings fell below 30% and no-shows dropped 41%.
View case studyRebuilt a boutique law firm's brand and website around plain-language content. Average time on site doubled and mobile bounce fell 46%.
View case studyRan a content and paid campaign for a design studio. Cost per qualified lead fell 40% within three months.
View case studyBuilt a real-time operations dashboard with explainable AI alerts for a logistics software provider. Exception response moved from hours to minutes.
View case studyReworked brand, website and acquisition for a mortgage brokerage. Online enquiries grew to 2.3 times the previous level within six months.
View case studyThe six case studies were chosen because their outcomes could be measured. Each one states the problem, the approach and the result; projects without measurable results are not published.
Industries covered are retail, healthcare, legal, creative, technology and finance. The method is the same in each: diagnose the weakest step first, then apply the smallest change with the largest effect.
Every case study page carries the same structure so the pages can be compared: client and industry, scope, timeline and stack, then the challenge, the build and the result.
Figures are measured against the baseline recorded before work began and over a defined window stated on each page. Where an outcome could not be measured, the page says so instead of estimating it.
Results are reported at the level of the business metric the client cared about — enquiries, bookings, orders or cost per lead — rather than page views or impressions.
Engagement agreements do not permit naming clients, so each project is published under a project name. Industries and outcomes are reported as delivered; commercial details that would identify the business are removed.
Work that cannot be published at all — including internal systems and several finance and healthcare builds — is not listed here. Similar work can be discussed in a call without naming the client.
